Shipping
All items are shipped using either registered post or courier, depending on weight and value.
All item sold by Nutrition X Ltd. are sent direct to your door completely free of charge.
We reserve the right to charge carriage (at cost) for goods over 30Kg.
We will contact you if a further charge is to be applied.
Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and Nutrition X Ltd. shall not be liable for any delays
caused except to the extent caused wilfully or negligently by Nutrition X Ltd..
We hold large quantities of stock in our own warehouse. Because we hold our own stocks we can
offer same or next day despatch. Occasionally we may not have some items in stock, and delivery
will be delayed.
We will always contact you in such cases to see if you want to wait for the item to come into
stock, substitute the flavour, or require a refund.
Goods held in stock at our warehouse will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order,
and delivery can be expected within 1-3 working days. We will contact you by email with details
of the shipping method and tracking number, if applicable).
Depending on value, goods are sent by regular post, registered post or by courier (at our discretion).
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods if an initial delivey attempt is
unsuccessful. In the event that goods are not collected, and subsequently returned,
we will credit your account after deducting the carriage fees and a handling charge of €5.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP GOODS TO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN IRELAND, THE UNITED KINGDOM, OR, AT OUR DESCRETION, EUROPE
WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ASIA, MIDDLE EAST OR USA AS A PREVENTATIVE MEASURE AGAINST FRAUD.
ALL FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS OR ATTEMPTED FRAUD WILL BE REPORTED AND PURSUED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
ALL IP ADDRESSES ARE LOGGED FOR TRACING PURPOSES.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, A refund will be given only for any
unopened product excluding any shipping charges, and will be given ONLY under the following conditions:
1. Only Unopened Product or Bottle will be accepted for refunds.
Items must be returned via commercial carrier or the post office, at the customers expense,
within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Customer MUST email customerservice@nutritionx.ie to request a Return Authorization Number,
prior to returning any products.
3. A credit will be given to your credit card; a compensation in products; or a credit will be given
to the existing account. This will be determined before the item is returned.
4. No refunds will be given if the above conditions are not met.
5. Orders that are returned to us undelivered, will be subject to a charge to cover our outlays for
shipping, plus a handling fee of €5. This charge will be made at our discression. |
